Where the timeline lives
Each quote states the delivery window in writing. A published “from PKR” price is not a delivery promise by itself. The clock starts when the fee is accepted and we have the access and content the scope names.
Websites and web applications
Delivery is a staging or live handover of the agreed pages or application, plus the admin or repository access named in the scope. Review rounds are the number written in the quote. Further changes are a new quote in PKR.
Emergency recovery
We start urgent restoration or malware cleanup on a priority basis after the fee is accepted and we can reach the hosting account. Delivery is restoration of legitimate function, or a written note if backups or access make full restoration impossible.
Security, SEO, cloud, and consulting
Delivery is the audit, configuration, migration, report, or advisory notes described in the scope. Care plans and retainers are delivered across the month or quarter, not as a single handover date.
What can move the date
- Late content, credentials, or approvals from you.
- A host, registrar, or third-party platform being unavailable.
- A scope change you approve, which is quoted again in PKR.
Acceptance
Please review the handover within 7 days. If we do not hear a specific defect against the written scope in that window, the delivery is treated as accepted. Defects inside the scope are corrected. New ideas are a separate quote.
