Email info@gen-zaitechnologies.com to cancel. We stop new work and invoice the portion already completed in PKR. Any unused amount already paid is handled under the refund policy.
Emergency jobs
You may cancel before we start. After incident response has started, the urgent fee stands, because the response window has been used.
Monthly and quarterly plans
Care, SEO, and infrastructure retainers renew on the cycle in the agreement. Cancel at least 5 days before the next cycle starts. The cycle already underway runs to its end and is not refunded.
What you keep
You keep files, access, and reports for the work that has been paid for. We remove our own access to your hosting and accounts after cancellation when you ask us to.
